Our services

Fire suppression, from first advice to lifelong service

VAALMAX LTD supports the full lifecycle of a fire extinguishing system under one roof: consulting, assembly and maintenance. We don't sell the systems — we build them in on behalf of the manufacturers, on land and in shipyards. Every stage is engineered, documented and accountable.

01 — Consulting & risk assessment

The right protection starts with the right questions

Before a single component is specified, we study your building, your process and your fire risk. Our consulting is vendor-neutral. We recommend the concept the hazard requires and design to the applicable standard: EN 12845 for sprinklers, EN 15004/ISO 14520 for gaseous systems, EN 16282-7 for commercial kitchens.

  • On-site fire-risk survey and hazard classification
  • Suppression concept and agent selection
  • Specification, budgeting and phasing advice
  • Documentation to support permits and insurance

02 — Systems & manufacturers

The right system — installed on behalf of the manufacturers

Together with established manufacturers we determine the complete fire suppression system and its components (cylinders and agent, detection, control panels, valves, pipework and nozzles). We don't sell the systems ourselves — we build them in on behalf of the manufacturers, on land and in shipyards. Because our advice is independent, the choice follows your risk, not a warehouse stock.

  • Sprinkler, water-mist, foam, gas clean-agent and wet-chemical systems
  • Detection, control and actuation components
  • Correct hydraulic and agent-quantity sizing
  • Traceable, quality-assured manufacturer chain

03 — Installation & assembly

Clean, tested, code-compliant assembly

Our teams assemble pipework, mount components, integrate detection and control, and commission the finished system with full functional testing. Careful workmanship and honest commissioning records mean the system will perform on the day it is needed.

  • Pipework fabrication, mounting and support
  • Detection, wiring and control-panel integration
  • Pressure and leak testing
  • Commissioning, functional tests and handover documentation

04 — Inspection & maintenance

Compliant and ready, year after year

A fire suppression system is only as reliable as its last inspection. We provide scheduled servicing, pressure checks and documented inspections that keep your system compliant and dependable, and keep your insurance valid.

  • Scheduled inspection and servicing programmes
  • Pressure, cylinder, valve and nozzle checks
  • Detection and control-panel verification
  • Full records, logbooks and compliance reporting
